Job Description
The Video Production Manager serves as the primary video content producer for all ministry
related pre-produced/post produced content, capture, and distribution. This position is
responsible for all matters related to post produced video content, story telling, and image
quality at BRAVE Church. This position oversees, leads, and supports all staff, contractors,
creatives and volunteers for pre-service announcements, countdowns, bumpers,
testimonies, podcasts, etc. This position requires a qualified individual with competencies in
pre-production planning, video production, capturing, editing, content delivery, leadership,
organization, team building, problem solving, self starting and collaboration.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the lead video producer for all content creation, management & distribution
Edit, produce, and publish video content for BRAVE Church and its ministry partners
Lead, train, and develop staff and volunteers in all areas of video pre/post production
SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with communications and ministry teams to pre-produce, shoot, edit, and deliver
high quality video content for services, events, ministries, and online communications
Maintain digital media file archive system of all BRAVE related video content
Assist in the creative planning process, design, and content delivery for major events
Perform regular maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting and/or repairing video
related equipment as problems and/or issues arise
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work with a team guided by biblical truth
Ability to tell a story with visuals and audio
Experience and working knowledge of video editing software: Adobe Premiere or Davinci
Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Cinema 4D is a plus
DSLR and Cinema Camera Experience
4K workflow or greater experience
Ability to teach and train volunteers
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS
A disciple who is passionate about advancing the gospel and sold out for the mission of
BRAVE Church (kingdom-minded)
Formal training or technical degree with certification; or equivalent combination of
education and experience (typically 4+ years preferred)
Experience in a variety of production environments and venues (live, studio, and post)
Open to working an irregular schedule, including evenings and weekends, and providing
on-call support and assistance outside of normal hours
Dedicated to excellence, detail-minded, and able to perform complex tasks with
exactitude (excellence in all you do)
Able to prioritize tasks to support the vision and mission of BRAVE Church
Able to work and operate independently with minimal supervision and/or instruction
Leader of people; individuals, teams, staff and volunteers combined
Advanced knowledge and ability to operate and troubleshoot technical equipment
Multi-site church production experience
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines
Humble, trustworthy, flexible, meticulous, and hard working
Excellent administrative, managerial, organizational, and leadership skills with
exceptional interpersonal competencies
