Traveler Engagement & Experience Senior Analyst Job at Accenture – Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires

We’re seeking someone to support the end-to-end project management and change requirements for strategic initiatives including Mobility’s digital transformation and sustainability journey. This role will support the Traveler Engagement & Experience Manager and requires someone who’s able to prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management.

This person will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness).

The person must be comfortable working remotely, managing expectations and advising SMEs on best practices for project and change management. This person must be able to translate complex ideas into clear and concise language that is easy for a global audience to understand.

About the team

As part of Corporate Services & Sustainability, Mobility oversees Accenture’s Travel and Meetings & Events program, helping employees traveling on business and assignments, ensuring compliance of Accenture policies, and managing traveler safety programs.


Provide support to articulate complex and technical Mobility policy and safety information; excellent writing and editing skills – technical business writing experience desired; strong PPT know-how

UI/UX understanding with a strong emphasis on customer experience principles

Strategic thinking and solid project management skills

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and support the Manager in managing multiple projects simultaneously

Edit content and materials according to corporate best practices and style guidelines

Develop WordPress pages to meet accessibility and design experience principles

Manage communications and change effort campaigns end-to-end

Provide weekly status reports on active projects

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field is desirable

UI/UX understanding with a strong emphasis on customer experience principles

English language proficiency

Excellent writing and editing skills – technical writing experience is a plus

Strategic thinking and solid project management skills

High level of attention to detail

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a global team

Ability to work remotely and stay motivated

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Experience using SharePoint and WordPress is a bonus

Other Responsibilities:
Ad hoc support for Mobility communications and change campaigns, including content curation, editing articles, and planning.

Design, formatting and editing of PowerPoint presentations (often for Leadership Team) to meet Accenture style guidelines

Logistics support for training sessions and team calls

Reporting/KPI monitoring

Basic Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written English skills

Skilled at Excel with ability to execute basic analysis/reporting

Skilled at PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to coordinate with a variety of geographically dispersed contacts

Flexibility in schedule to work across time zones

Capable of working independently with limited supervision
