Job Description

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

You’ll utilize your existing project management experience in a business application environment. Lead and deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles.

While managing project scopes, budgets, time, and resources of external implementation teams and partners, you’ll run global implementation and rollout projects to the Red Bull subsidiaries worldwide.

BUSINESS PARTNER

You’ll understand, challenge, and translate business requirements into a functional scope and technical design. In this supporting role, you’ll help our Sales and Finance departments in any IT Application matters to generate the highest value for the organization. Drive ongoing enhancements and improvements of the Red Bull sales application portfolio.

SOLUTION DESIGN

You’ll translate business requirements into technical concepts and steer external teams for implementation. Coordinate IT implementation teams to generate Solution design in a highly integrated, technologically challenging, and innovative environment. You’ll support the transition of Red Bull sales applications to future SAP platforms S/4HANA, C/4, and BW/4. With your expertise, you’ll influence SAP Product Roadmaps through collaboration with Product Management and Development Teams based on industry requirements & best practices.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

You’ll be a part of a team that has direct interaction with our technology partners’ product management teams. Manage business applications through the full lifecycle of Red Bulls technical product portfolio. Master the definition of governance standards, support concept, and maintenance/enhancement agenda of your applications. Innovate together with our IT vendors on enhancing and evolving their product portfolio to a better fit for Red Bull and the consumer goods industry.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience within Project Management or business process domain field (preferable in Consumer Goods Industry)

Functional and/or technical skills in SAP CRM, ERP (S/4) or BI

Analytical, data-driven profile

Excellent communication skills

Performance and result oriented & team player

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
