We are currently recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager- Germany, Frankfurt/Köln/Düsseldorf and Berlin

The main role of this position is to sell, support and educate doctors, medical professionals, and aestheticians on Crown Aesthetics products in your assigned territory. TM’s will be assigned very specific KPI’s to give guidance in achieving the goals set forth by the company.

Primary Responsibilities:
Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory

Educate medical professionals on the products in the Crown Aesthetics portfolio to include the science, features and benefits, ROI, etc. to help drive revenue

Drive and increase utilization of consumables within the medical practices using the marketing programs provided by the company to create patient demand and awareness

Prospect and open up new accounts in your territory through all means of sales activities from networking, social media, cold calling, relationship building, presentations, Congresses, etc.

Plan and organize events, such as, medical Congresses, clinic open house, Prospect Meetings, and other functions that build the brand and impact sales

Job Related Qualifications / Skills:
A minimum of 8 years -experience working in the medical aesthetics industry in your territory

Have a thorough understand of who are and relationships with the top KOL’s are in your market

Have a background calling on medical doctors, such as, plastics, aesthetic, and dermatologists

Demonstrated sales achievement is highly valued, such as a President’s Club Winner, etc.

Ability to be adaptable, a creative thinker, one who works well with other team members is looked upon favorably

Able to build alone and is a self-starter

Have established relationships within the industry to help build the CA bands

A valid driver’s license is required for this position in your territory since you will be driving to most accounts

Must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English

Proficient in using a computer and mobile phone and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force.com.

Able to travel by car, plane, or train to perform your job function

Travel may be up to 30% overnight depending on the requirements of the position

Must have a valid passport

Able to attend quarterly meetings in Germany with the team

Domestic and international travel will be required. Must be able to meet a country’s COVID-19 entry requirements

This position will require that you will be able to call on medical and aesthetic clinics and offices and attend Medical Congresses and meetings

You may be required to stand for periods of time at meetings or Congresses

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and an ability to adjust focus.
