Welcome to Shogun Digital!

We are a young exciting agency dedicated to helping businesses post more like creators. We are a team of organic social media specialists that want to change the way businesses view social media. We need an amazing Social Media Manager to help level up our relationship with clients and content delivery.

This position can be remote but a balance between remote and office visits would be preferred.

Job Description

It’s all about organisation and relationship building! We are looking for someone who has had experience in social media both paid and organic who can help act as a go-to for all things client communications, as well as leading the creative team in asset creation and delivery, using tools such as Asana, email and Google calendar to keep the team on track.

This also goes for client organisation, setting up calls, producing strategy documents, regular check-ins and even monthly reporting, tracking last months results and how we are going to shift approach to improve. There will be tons of creative control here as well! This role isn’t just about numbers and calls (thankfully) it’s about being an extension of the clients brand, helping them feel more comfortable to step out of their comfort zone and help nurture our young creative talent.

We are a young start-up so initiative is key for us to go above and beyond for our clients and grow our business!

  • All social platforms e.g. IG, FB, Twitter, TikTok and Pinterest

  • And good old fashion emails and calls

What experience fits the bill?

  • Experience as a social media manager
  • Experience with paid social ads
  • Experience as a content writer
  • Experience in running a social page
  • Experience in other areas of marketing
  • Experience in client/customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with managing a team.

Qualifications in: Marketing, Journalism, Media, Advertising Or English.
