Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive, you play a key-role in maximizing our revenue by convincing end-costumers to join our growing ecosystem. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Acquire new customers, including prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and closing to push the success of our ecosystem

Develop and maximize company revenue and strategic value in line with objectives: scope is Europe, as well as a set of non-European countries

Proactively seek new customers across all media and prepare client pitches, presentations and offers

Achieve jointly agreed sales targets through strategic selling and building up a pipeline

Build trusted relationships with new and existing end-customers

Work closely with teams that support all customer-facing roles to achieve a great costumer experience

Manage complex tenders and orchestrate multi-party projects

Stand as voice of the customer towards the company’s other stakeholders

Participate in fairs and events to strengthen your network and represent our company

Inspire the team by sharing your knowledge and experiences to support the development of your colleagues


Personality: You are success-driven, characterized as a person with ambition and motivation. You are a team-player and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to support each other. You have distinctive communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex messages convincingly in German and English – in written, oral and presentation format.

Working practice: Your working style can be described as collaborative, autonomous, proactive and structured.

Experience: Several years of experience and a proven track record in sales for new technologies. Profound B2B sales experience, in the sectors of IoT, information technologies or security is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.

Language: Conversational fluency in German and English
