Come join the Small Business Sales Channel Marketing Team as a Senior Marketing Manager driving the growth of QuickBooks Online & Accountant across US Sales Channels. The primary responsibility of the role is to be a thought partner in driving the design, development, and execution of Go-To-Market strategies to set the business up for short and long term success. You will have two direct reports managing the two halves of the US Sales business: Inside Sales and QBO Accountant. They will partner closely with our sales and marketing teams, as well as with our segment, channel, and product partners to deliver awesome and drive strong business results on our QuickBooks Online & Accountant offerings.
What you’ll bring
BA/BS or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred.
6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with SaaS and/or Enterprise strongly products preferred.
Deep understanding of B2B customer mindset and marketing touchpoints across full funnel.
Well versed in B2B GTM, including thought leadership strategies and developing impactful demand generation and lead nurture campaigns.
Digital and Brand experience critical.
Customer-centric mindset. Listens to customers, champions their success and makes decisions that benefit the customer and the entire Intuit portfolio.
Ability to identify big insights by synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities and develop business strategies and lead excellent execution.
Influences across teams to get things done, consistently communicates and influences across all levels up to Executive and across multiple functions to achieve results and build strong relationships.
Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact near-term levers.

How you will lead
Develop a deep understanding of our accountant sales channels, competitive landscape, our accountant customers, their needs and our offerings to create strategies for driving conversion throughout the sales cycle.
Strategy: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop winning short and long term strategies.
Go-to- Market: Develop, design, implement and measure channel go-to-market programs for QuickBooks Accountant Online throughout our Sales teams.
Customer Empathy: Serve as a listening post for customer delight.
Program Execution: manage and monitor execution of all channel marketing programs, working closely with marketing and sales to optimize sales.
Leverage insights gained from the Sales teams to turn into viable features and offers tailored for the QuickBooks Accountant customers acquired through our Sales teams.
Aid in creating insights that lead to high retention, increased product usage, and cross sell/up sell.
Be a strong advocate for sales team experience, and equip the team with the knowledge and tools to sell effectively.
Connect with sales leaders to understand and communicate the weekly/quarterly/annual results.
Key storyteller to highlight challenges as well as successes on sales units/dollars and conversion.
Pivotal contributor to our one-year financial planning process.
Partner with both finance and operations to build the one-year plan for the Sales Team.
Manage two direct reports who represent the business to each segment team: Quickbooks Online & Quickbooks Online Accountant.
