Revenue Assurance Analyst Job in Sydney NSW at SiteMinder
The role of the Revenue Assurance Analyst will be to analyse data to identify opportunities and implement improvements to maximise revenue. You will also be responsible for creating assurance and the predictability of revenue through the development of global processes, policies, controls and systems.

As the Revenue Assurance Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
Maximising revenue through analysis of customer accounts to uncover over and under charging of billed customers, identifying root causes and creating corrective action plans
Ensure standardised global processes, controls and workflows across billing and revenue
Analyse and investigate month to month revenue movements to understand causes and reduce avoidable reasons
Track and manage a program of work to address common issues of revenue leakage and create corrective action plans
Communicate any identified critical issues to all team members and billing leadership
Own open audit items relating to billing, payments or revenue
Work closely with the Finance Managers when required to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience working in Revenue Assurance, Audit or Billing
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
Proven experience in analysing large data sets with solid analytical and reporting skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills to present your findings and action plans to the wider team
Solid stakeholder management to influence changes across the business which impact revenue
Solid program management to manage the implementation of corrective action plans
