Receptionist / Marketing Assistant

Our established, growing office is searching for an enthusiastic, bright, responsible, well-organized person with a pleasant personality, professional attitude, and exceptional people skills to work in a team-oriented environment. Receptionist duties include answering multi-line telephone system, greeting patients in a warm and friendly manner, and scheduling patient appointments. Marketing assistant duties include general practice marketing in conjunction with our office’s Marketing Coordinator, assisting in the coordination of practice-building and public relations efforts with patients, parents, referring doctors, and local community, and communicating/visiting with referring doctor offices to build and maintain strong relationships in order to secure regular patient referrals, Full-time position available. No need to have previous dental or orthodontic experience. We will train.

Requirements:

• Moderate level of computer skills (send e-mails, upload/download documents/photos, internet browsing, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher)
• Familiarity with and working knowledge of internet and social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, professional, organized, yet flexible
• Professional appearance
• Personal automobile to use for occasional marketing errands/deliveries
