Our client is a leading Commercial Real Estate that focus on Industrial and Retail space.
Providing a specialist service for over 25 years in the industry they are a reputable and growing business.
We now have a new opportunity to work in a combined role which focuses on the property office accounts and also on site management of existing clientele.
Receipting and disbursing of owner funds on a daily basis
Entering and paying creditor disbursing
End of month preparation and completion
Additional office accounts
Overseeing the maintenance & occupancy of commercial properties within the industrial and retail space
You are highly organised, energetic, willing to work hard and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Can demonstrate strong communication and administrative skills
Excellent presentation skills
Some basic accounts experience
Must have drivers license
