Title: Product Marketing Director – Remote

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Director, who will define the market narrative and go-to-market strategy for the Company’s suite of healthcare technology products and services. The individual in this role positively impacts brand awareness and preference, market penetration, and sales performance through market and voice-of-customer research, competitive analysis, product positioning, asset creation, and product launches.
*What You’ll Do at Validic*
Own positioning and messaging for the Company’s suite of healthcare technology products – you are prepared to function as the conductor and play a variety of instruments to get the job done
Define a scalable GTM strategy that maximizes pipeline generation and brand equity – you are ready, willing, and excited to dig in, set strategy, and execute on it
Coordinate complex marketing launches for strategic partnerships and key platform use cases
Build compelling sales assets to enable sales teams
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Client Enablement, and Client Success teams to shape the product roadmap with a market-first approach
Collaborate with content and demand gen marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns that increase interest and accelerate pipeline velocity
Study the market landscape, conduct thorough competitive analysis, prepare battlecards and SWOT, and make strategic recommendations to help the Company win
Build personas around needs and motivations that drive purchase decisions and align to the Company’s solutions by understanding the Company’s market segments, key use cases, Jobs To Be Done, and key buyer roles
What You’ll Bring to Validic
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, with Master’s or MBA degree preferred, or equivalent working experience
Minimum 10 years experience in a healthcare product or solutions marketing role
Minimum 3 years experience leading product marketing at a managerial or director level, with a majority of that time in a healthcare-related SaaS company
Expertise working closely with product, sales, and business development teams to build and execute successful GTM frameworks
Demonstrable experience taking complex product offerings to market – you can position and launch new products in your sleep
Supervisory and people management experience preferred_ – you will not have immediate supervisory responsibility in this role but opportunities exist in the future_
Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to embrace working and communicating with a diverse set of stakeholders while executing multiple priorities concurrently
Extreme agility and strong bias towards action_ – you will need to roll up your sleeves and produce one minute and zoom out an strategize the next_
Ability to work autonomously and influence in a fast-paced startup environment
