Print Production Manager / Graphics Designer

* Manager level roles are entitled to

• 10 days of of paid time off
• A generous annual performance bonus of up to 20% of eligible base pay.
• Sales commissions based on % of sales

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer request for quotations from email, phone calls and walk in with with professional manner.
• Service new and recurring customers by delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Make sure each component required to complete the job is understood and order supplies when needed to complete the job.
• Prepare and layout artwork and have it ready for production.
• Understand the time it will take to perform the job and ensure the expected rate per hour of production is achieved.
• Coordinate with vendors for custom orders
• Print, cut, finish and package products from designed artwork.
• Cross-train in various roles in the shop’s daily operation
• Graphic design with proficiency in conceptualizing customer needs, being able to retouch customer digital media files or artwork for production readiness
• Sustain the health of print equipment
• Maintain the neat and professional appearance of the shop

Required skills:

• Expereince quoting job for all printing categories.
• Previous hands-on work experience in digital print production and finishing.
• Hand-ons binding expereince.
• Excellent customer service skills and handling of customers orders from start to finish
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong graphic design skills
• Excellent math skills
• Demonstratable time management and organizational skills
