North America Social Senior Analyst (Social Media & PR Senior Analyst) Job at Accenture – Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires

Your role focus on developing best in class advertising and social media campaigns that leverage innovation and creativity. Operate as part of a seamless, global collective of advertising and social media experts. While a North America-focused role, you’ll work closely with social experts globally—as well as teams such as Advertising, Digital and Data & Analytics—to partner on initiatives, share content and learnings, and facilitate other collaborative efforts that drive us all forward.

You will collaborate with marketing stakeholders while being the “expert in the room,” proposing effective ways to use social media to support our marketing team’s priorities. You approach social with a strategic, not just tactical mindset – but also know that a great strategy needs excellent execution to succeed. Partner with internal teams and agency resources to strategically develop messages and creative for our key audiences in the most appropriate channels, meeting the objectives of the brief. You will help with day-to-day social channel management, assist in content creation and recommendations, and help perform listening, metrics and engagement. You have a knack for content, from crafting copy to recognizing good design, and understand that social media means listening, engaging, analyzing and optimizing—not just publishing.

The work is rarely the same day to day, and centers on the need to:

Develop and maintain best-in-class social presence for Accenture North America initiatives and priorities

Develop clear messages, build a unique and consistent social media presence, and ensure consistent execution across multiple social media channels

Understand social media data and metrics and can make data actionable and a critical component to inform our efforts

Oversee social channels and their content on a daily basis, including listening, engagement and publishing

Develop social content campaigns with marketing partners, from ideation to execution, with an emphasis on both core content and execution

Stay up to speed on best-in-class opportunities and stand-out creative ideas to inform our strategy and planning

Actively integrate with social colleagues and extended teammates to collaborate and share learnings, insights and ideas to deliver best-in-class social recommendations to help guide social and marketing opportunities

Help evolve and enhance Accenture North America employee advocacy on social

At least 2 years of marketing & communications experience, with a substantial part spent focused on social media

Knowledge of and passion for social media with the ability to execute and implement multi-faceted campaigns

Strong understanding of both social strategy and execution for campaigns, events and real-time activations

Strong stakeholder communication skills

Fluent in English

Experience with Sprinklr is a plus

A Bachelor’s degree
