The Marketing Services Associate is a detail-oriented analytical individual who will lead the execution of trade shows and sales meetings, and coordinate public relations activities, all with a relentless focus on quality and timely execution for the benefit of our customers and staff by delivering a clean workflow through Promotional Review Committee, with efficient project management and friendly communication.
Plan all Trade Show & Sales meeting logistics, including registrations, travel arrangements.
Guide marketing content through Promotional Review Committee (PRC; Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Medical/Scientific Affairs, Customer support) internal approval process; may include DCO (document control).
Develop, coordinate, and maintain a Content Management System to organize and manage promotional materials.
Plan and support execution of KOL/Speaker Programs with Medical /Scientific Affairs, Marketing and Sales.
Lead execution of Public Relations (PR) meetings and projects with the Agency through collaboration, time/budget management and attention to detail.
Track marketing assets and initiatives (with Marketing leads).
Support marketing managers with product launches and facilitate online events.
Clearly and proactively communicate the progress of projects to the marketing team.
Accurately manage time/meet deadlines, and budgets in accordance to the scope of work.
Utilize tact, diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment at all times, especially when exposed to highly confidential information.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related degree is preferred, or relevant work experience.
3+ years of relevant experience required.
Previous marketing communications / project management experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills are required to handle numerous, fast-paced projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity and accountability within the department.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to interface with multidisciplinary groups.
Ability to understand (or ability to quickly learn about) company products/markets.
Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail is a must.
Service-oriented; a team player.
Must be friendly and able to represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and/or motions.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
