Marketing Manager

Justice Family Lawyers is a family law firm servicing Australia. Focusing on acquisition through digital advertising, we are on the hunt for a Marketing Specialist to join our agile, collaborative & growing team. We are going through a massive growth phase and want you to be part of our amazing team.

Qualifications & experience

• You’ve got a few years of experience in paid digital advertising
• You’re self-motivated, agile and a great communicator.
• You’ve got experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, & FB Ads Manager.
• You are able to approach new partners and discuss opportunities with them that are mutually beneficial.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end digital ads pipeline, including strategy, set up, delivery, testing and optimization across Google Ads, FB Ads & more.
• Own the daily operations and optimisations of ads campaigns.
• Expand on and set up new digital ads channels, brands and audiences.
• Continuously test and monitor performance on different ads.
• Strike up new relations with advertisers, partners, law firms, and businesses in order to develop referrals.
• Assist with building inhouse culture, internal and external events

Salary: $75,146.00 – $90,000.00 per year
