Quadient is seeking an experienced Director (m/f/d) of Marketing – SaaS Demand Generation to drive qualified pipeline for our Financial Automation solutions in UK, Ireland, DACH, and Italy. The position can be filled remote in the UK.
This role is responsible for developing a predictable and scalable demand generation engine that delivers revenue for a SaaS-based platform. The ideal candidate is a strategic, metrics-driven, hands-on leader with a proven track record of developing integrated campaigns for a SaaS-based solution across multiple channels, including email marketing, content marketing, organic and paid digital marketing channels, SEO, ABM, channel partners, trade shows, and more.
The position will report to the VP Marketing and will lead a team responsible for planning and executing creative campaigns using best-in-class marketing techniques and tools to drive engagement, conversion, and qualified pipeline. This role will partner with a global marketing team to spearhead regional campaigns that reach, nurture and drive action with our target buyer personas at all stages of the buying cycle.

Own European pipeline targets for either YayPay and Beanworks and grow the marketing and sales funnel through demand generation strategies
Monitor results of campaigns and determine necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgeted marketing spend
Collaborate with the global marketing team to create localized content that resonates with each region’s needs and pain points
Work with product marketing and sales to identify high-growth customer segments, and develop account based marketing campaigns that resonate with targeted verticals and personas
Execute channel marketing campaigns to empower value added resellers and drive qualified lead referrals
Work with the product marketing team to execute GTM strategy for new product and feature launches
Train and upskill the marketing team
What you need to be successful:
5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
3+ years of management experience
Experience building integrated marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of the considerations for regional, industry, and audience variances within the campaign plan
Knowledge of SaaS benchmarks, metrics and conversion ratios
Able to conceptualize and develop regional demand generation programs
Outstanding communication skills and be able to work as part of a global team
Have leadership skills to manage, motivate and coach a regional (and virtual) marketing team
Knowledge of GDPR requirements
Prior experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation solutions such as Eloqua, Marketo, Marketing Cloud or Pardot
Prior experience with ABM and intent data platforms; partner relationship management experience software a plus
