Metropolitan area. We are looking to expand our Marketing team to include a Marketing & Communications Coordinator who will drive the marketing and social media branding initiatives for our Company. Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
:
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator Will Work Both Independently And Collaboratively With The Marketing Team On Various Projects And Responsibilities, Including
Managing social media platforms; Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on data trends; developing and implementing action plans to respond to changing trends.
Managing video and photo shoots for social media campaigns and other marketing and branding efforts, including recruitment, property brochures, employee/Company highlights, and industry partnerships.
Researching, writing, editing and maintaining material for the DCRE page of the Company website, ensuring content is visually attractive, informative, and current.
Partnering with DCRE leadership teams to create business-development collateral and marketing and communications campaigns, including property flyers, brochures, pitch decks, and proposals.
Representing the DCRE Marketing team at Industry events and lead the team’s efforts in creating and submitting industry award packages.
Qualifications
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION, YOU SHOULD HAVE
:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field of study
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign)
A strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools
Excellent communication skills – written, presentation, and interpersonal
An ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work and build relationships with all levels of management
