Location: Farnborough/Swindon- Hybrid working

The opportunity:
Are you looking to grow your marketing career with one of the worlds market leading insurers? We are looking to recruit a Campaign Specialist who is digitally savvy, commercial marketeer with a passion for marketing communications to join our awesome Brand and Marketing Communications team and drive our digital marketing execution for Zurich.

These roles get involved in launching new products to market by creating marketing communications plans which will involve you creating and writing email campaigns, using your design skills to create adverts, product fact sheets and social posts all using InDesign. You’ll also create a wide variety of content, get involved in writing articles and interviewing stakeholders, whether that’s with our own experts across the business or with influencers. You’ll also be involved in managing our partnerships and working with our agencies. Our brand purpose it to create a brighter future together, and it will be your role to bring that to life in our communications.

Ideally you’ll have two years’ experience in some of those areas and where you don’t, you’ll learn on the job.

This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.

Key Responsibilities:
Assists in the planning, creation and implementation of project-specific marketing plans.

Be a brand ambassador, be fluent in the guidelines and translate these into designing materials which support the business.

Executes deliverables, such as marketing communications copy for online collateral, web content, articles, videos, social and digital campaigns

Creates creative marketing assets in Indesign

Identify, recommend and champion new and innovative technologies to evolve our communications and campaigns

Work collaboratively across the business functions and across the Customer Office (Marketing) department

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas

Contribute to a strong and positive creative culture on the team

Collaborate closely with the Digital team on execution and tracking of deliverables.

Ability to translate and articulate complex products in a way that’s simple for customers to understand.

assist with branding of events

Assists and develops content and copy for website, digital campaigns, fact sheets, brochures.

Ensures all marketing materials are on brand

Ability to track and measure key metrics and report results.

Your skills and experience:
Ideally you’ll have two years’ experience in some of those areas and where you don’t, you’ll learn on the job.

Experience handling multiple projects

Experience of working in a fast paced environment where youre predominantly working with virtual stakeholders over Microsoft teams and requirements change daily.

Be passionate about marketing and brand

Have a growth mindset and be constantly experimenting.

Have your finger on the pulse of social trends and internet culture.

We are based in both Farnborough and Swindon, and with a hybrid way of working we’d expect you to be in the office a maximum of once per week so if you live in a commutable distance to either of these locations please do get in touch.
