Ultrasound Solutions Corp is currently looking for a marketing associate/digital marketing associate to join our sales and marketing team. The marketing associate will be responsible for working with other marketing staff to develop unique campaign ideas to market a company’s products, services, or overall brand identity. Their duties include completing market research to identify target audience demographics or reviewing previously successful marketing campaigns, working as part of a team to accomplish tasks by set deadlines and adjusting throughout marketing campaigns to achieve better engagement from consumers. The following individual will also need to drive innovation in the Digital space, building on existing social media platforms and developing new Digital materials which align with the business and Marketing strategy.

About Us: Ultrasound Solutions Corp is a growing medical equipment service and sales company. Our customers are located nationwide. We currently specialize in ultrasound equipment, and we are expanding to different modalities (X-Ray, CT, etc.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

design and develop marketing materials
oversee distribution of marketing materials
help prepare and conduct product presentations
help plan, coordinate, and participate in marketing events
execute direct marketing campaigns
prepare online marketing campaigns
develop and implement strategies for social media platforms
update company website and social media tools
conduct market research
monitor competitive activity and market trends
monitor and assess customer feedback
maintain customer information via marketing database and CRM system
collect and analyze data to prepare marketing reports
track, coordinate and assemble data to measure outcomes of marketing programs
communicate with sales and production regarding product and pricing changes
maintain promotional materials inventory
maintain archive of marketing materials
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
Supporting the development of content on the public website, advising on best practices, benchmarks and a seamless user journey
Develop and Maintain all social media platforms for all affiliated companies
Drive a data-driven approach to enhancements in the Digital environment, based on solid analytics.
Manages the production of multimedia content, including video, podcasts, online advertisements, and email campaigns, and accompanying supervision of the work of graphic and web designers, printers, video producers and photographers, among others

Competencies

Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM/Pardot, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel,
Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
Organizational abilities- strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Preferred
Experience with brand and/or digital marketing a plus
Forward-thinking and a passion to stay on top of new trends and emerging platforms
Understanding of key drivers of brand/product P&L and how to action them.
Solid experience in new product/brand launches or renovations. Experience in working and engaging with cross functional teams: Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales departments to ensure execution of annual plan.
Strong understanding of market research and insight and ability to leverage into brand development and/or activation strategies.
Strong category knowledge or experience in several categories allowing flexibility and fast adaptation to a new category.
Project management skills.
Strong relationship management and communication skills
