The Market Research Analyst supports the pre-sale, renewal and up-sell process by providing qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to help define new Enterprise SEO opportunities. The Market Research Analyst reports directly to an SEO Manager and indirectly to the Sales Operations Manager.

Performs keyword research for multiple segments of a prospective website.
Conducts research and analysis on competitive, market and industry landscapes.
Performs in-depth, content-related research and analysis.
Works cross functionally with sales and delivery teams to effectively target the best available opportunity in alignment with the prospects business goals.
Prepares initial findings and effectively communicates them to internal stakeholders.
Collaborates and works closely with the Sales team to support the development of proposal documents and presentations.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
One or more years of professional work experience in a related role.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to analyze data, think critically and solve problems.
Strong research skills and interest in conducting thorough brand research.
Demonstrated ability to articulate and deliver recommendations to internal stakeholders.
An understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
Proven ability to interact successfully with cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
