For our Spanish branch (Barcelona office) we are offering the opportunity to join the Marketing Department as Junior Marketing Specialist who will support the implementation of the marketing strategies defined by the GDM and by the OTX within the country taking into account and pointing out the specific needs of the local market of reference.

The candidate will take part in the following activities:

-Follow and coordinate the creation of the marketing materials/projects necessary for the implementation of the initiatives foreseen in the plan ensuring that costs, deadlines and project quality are met.

-Analyze IQVIA market data and create reports on the reference markets.

-Periodically share marketing data and analytics with GM and sales director.

-Support the country’s sales management in defining periodic promotional canvasses and monitoring results.

-Contribute to the definition of annual and period sales forecasts.

-Present canvass initiatives and new products to the sales force during the quarterly meetings.

-Maintain effective communications with the holding company to ensure that all relevant corporate functions are informed of the evolution of active projects.

-Promptly notify the Regional Marketing Manager of any specific needs of the reference market.

-Coordinate marketing activities related to trade fairs.

-Create, translate and edit materials and texts to support the sales force and the point of sale.

-Prepare the periodic monitoring reports requested by HQ.

-Check periodically internal reports (stock, sell in, sales forecast) suggesting corrective actions.

-Carry out, with the sales representatives, periodic visits to customers to verify the effectiveness.

-Studies: Economics Degree or mktg specialization. Scientific degrees will be also considered.

-Languages: Native Spanish, fluent level of English, the knowledge of Italian language will be considered a plus.

-Previous work experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical OTC/Food Supplements companies; ideally with max 3 years of experience.

-Location: Barcelona.

-IT skills: Microsoft Office.

-Other: availability to travel (business travels in Spain and Italy).
