We´re looking for an experienced Brand Manager to strengthen our International Brand Marketing Team at our Headquarters in Austria. As International Brand Manager you´ll support the International Brand Marketing team, HQ cross-functional teams and local subsidiaries with regards to product marketing campaigns with a focus on occasion marketing. This involves creating global strategic direction and guidelines, overseeing creative development, and collaborating with local teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns, while ultimately growing awareness, relevance, and usage for Red Bull.
OCCASION MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
In this exiting position you’ll partner with local teams to develop occasion campaigns that address relevant consumption occasions for Red Bull. You´ll be responsible to offer global guidelines and strategic support to markets for locally relevant occasion campaigns. Furthermore, you’ll coordinate with markets & agencies on the entire process including insights, briefs, creative development, execution & reporting of the campaign. You’ll communicate results and concrete actions to all relevant parties including best practice monitoring. As International Brand Manger you are collaborating with functional teams within the organization such as Media, Communication, Sales and Legal to ensure cross-functional alignment for holistic and impactful campaigns. You will be responsible for driving data-based understanding around occasions and work closely with the Insights team.
BRAND MARKETING & TRAINING
Another responsibility of your role is to provide training on the brand & occasion campaign approach to our local brand marketing teams. You’ll support the markets you’re responsible for with ongoing check-ins and necessary onboardings.
BUDGET & AGENCY MANAGEMENT
In this role you’ll manage the agreed marketing budget and support countries in their Business Planning by giving guidance and sharing feedback. Furthermore, you’ll manage the global agency through bi-weekly and monthly calls & meetings for the respective projects.
3+ years’ experience in brand management
Excellent brand management and trade marketing skills and a crisp understanding of the entire marketing mix
Very good project management capabilities
Strong ability to communicate with different internal and external stakeholders on a global scale
Open-minded, international, and entrepreneurial mindset and a supportive attitude
Passion for the world of Red Bull and premium brand management
University degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project Management or equivalent working experience
Excellent English skills, any additional language is a plus
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2405 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
