Global Field Marketing Manager Job in Oakland, CA at LaunchDarkly

Job Description

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will support global Field Sales teams (US, Canada, EMEA, Australia). This individual will join a high-performing, dynamic team responsible for developing roadmaps and marketing strategy to drive sales and pipeline growth across these regions. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation, we’re looking for an experienced Field Marketer who’s passionate about partnering with sales teams to build out an integrated plan to drive new leads to support pipeline growth.

Deliver integrated digital campaigns, ABM programs, and localized events that educate, engage and inspire the target audience to increase awareness and drive demand.

Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of an exceptional experience in all phases of campaigns, events, etc, from conception to execution.

Work with fellow marketing managers and key stakeholders to ensure campaign consistency across platforms and channels.

Facilitate timely lead processing within SFDC, measure campaign impact, and deliver insights from data cleansing, creating reports and campaigns, closed/won opportunity data capture, and campaign metric tracking.

Provide strategic and critical thinking in the event selection and activation plans for the sales lead territories

Partner with corporate marketing team to target and build relationships with local influencers, media outlets and strategic partners to drive localized engagement

Build close partnership with sales stakeholders and have a deep understanding of how marketing work together with sales to drive business growth.

Provide feedback and context to the demand gen team on critical requirements within the regions.

Drive close alignment and collaboration with the global demand team to ensure that the campaign framework and planning can be leveraged and activated to assist regional needs.

Track the performance of marketing programs and events by establishing and continuously optimizing metrics to measure ROI.

Forecast, track and report on the budget and spend across regions.

Planning and executing multiple complex marketing programs and managing agencies, vendors and large projects.

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience of regional event marketing or event-based field marketing

Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo (or similar marketing automation tools)

Excellent problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities

Effective interpersonal skills in both business and technical situations

Willingness to travel ~30%
