Role Description:
We are looking for an Equality Talent Partner to join a small internal Executive Search team within Salesforce Employee Success. He/she will need to be well-versed in all aspects of executive search including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation, and client management.In addition to sourcing and vetting great candidates, you’ll improve upon our recruiting strategy, ensuring candidates have a uniquely positive experience from first introduction all the way through to their on-boarding.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and execute D&I recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of candidates.
Partner with the Office of Equality and internal Equality Groups to expand our network and drive our diversity efforts.
Partner with the Executive Recruiting team, Hiring Managers, business leaders, the Office of Equality, HR Business Partners and Legal to drive the hiring strategy and process.
Develop search strategies and perform thorough assessments of talent across varied functions and disciplines. Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders.
Identify and build key relationships with top executive talent in the industry.
Manage a consistent pipeline of executives and recruit phenomenal executive talent to the company.
Contribute to the knowledge base of the Executive Recruiting team by providing education on relevant industries and talent pools/profiles.
Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of executive recruiting experience that includes executive sourcing and research
Experience developing and implementing D&I recruiting strategies
History of collaborating with senior business leaders from top-tier companies.
Executive Search experience within a large search firm, major technology/services company, or an established boutique firm.
Strong sourcing and pipeline building experience.
Outstanding references at the Executive level from former customers and candidates.
Proven ability to earn trust and credibility quickly.
History of building long-term relationships with candidates along the way.

Experience in presenting results and findings to internal teams
Ability to partner and influence stakeholders to drive hiring goals and program outcomes.
Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred)
