We are looking for an ace employee to deliver exceptional customer service and keep our warehouses running smoothly and our customers happy.
About you
You have a passion for working with people. You like being hands-on and enjoy being the glue that holds things together. You have excellent administration, communication, and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable in a warehouse setting and thrive in a busy environment.
Responsibilities include:
Being able to record data in all forms for customer returns, supplier returns, courier claims, and parcels without delivery information.
Be accountable for all supplier returns to be returned for credit or a replacement by liaising with the Supplier Liaison team.
Updating and maintaining the Courier Claims sheet and other applicable sheets relating to your department.
Directly assisting your team leader in all needs required.
Answering all e-mail and Asana queries relating to Reverse Logistics.
Communicating with relevant Customer Service Agents in Cape Town to reach appropriate solutions.
Perform ad-hoc duties in any way required by superiors.
Maintain and update systems as required.
Requirements/Skills:
Interpersonal skills.

Analysis and problem-solving, with high tolerance to stress.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software and new processes.
Experience in a customer service ticketing system (Zendesk, Freshdesk) would be advantageous.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications & experience required:
Matric/Grade 12 School Certificate (minimum).
2+ Years of customer service experience.
2+ Years of administrative experience.
Experience in Warehousing (Advantageous).
G-Suites Exposure (Advantageous)
