Purpose of Statement:
Are you the strong and experienced Marketing Projects Manager we are looking for to take the lead on a number of key local and Kingspan Group initiatives on behalf of the division? We are looking for a passionate, energetic, creative and resilient individual with a customer centric mindset who can strengthen our Markets team and work in partnership with the leaders of the business, to deliver the ambitious growth objectives of the firm. The individual in this role will work closely with our teams across markets as well as in channel marketeers. As a marketing matter expert, with exceptional written and verbal communications skills, you will be adept to multi-tasking strategic and transactional projects. This role is fast-paced requiring a smart-thinker who can own marketing campaigns across channels, end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead and execute the CX strategy across our entire division.
  • Define and execute mar coms strategies that protect the PSA standard in the UK.
  • Create and lead best practise marketing campaigns for NPD across the division.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a Marketing/Digital Marketing discipline. Or equivalent professional experience in a Marketing Manager role.
  • Experience with either agency or in-house marketing, from the construction industry would be advantageous.
  • Experience executing campaigns via Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • As this is a remote/multi-site role, there must be flexibility for some travel, as and when required.
  • Must possess a positive ‘can-do’ attitude who is a collaborative team player.
  • Be a leader, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to self-manage as projects are assigned.
  • Reporting to and supporting the Marketing Director, the role will be diverse and dynamic. Interpersonal skills are critical, as it demands an interface across teams, suppliers and agencies.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, and the ability to be flexible and creative.
