Tombras, an independent, 475+ person, national full-service advertising agency is searching for a Director, Social Media to join our Knoxville office.

Where you’ll be working: Knoxville, Atlanta or remote. Relocation may be provided if relocating to Knoxville.

What you’ll be doing:

Advanced Social Strategy Development
Serving as the Foremost Social Communications expert
Liaison between Creative and Strategy
Overseeing Departmental Processes and Strategy
Managing Platform and Client relationships
Managing Personnel and Operations
Overseeing Holistic Social Business Development
Overseeing Team’s Professional Development
Focusing on grown and innovation across social media platforms including experiential, AR, and automation

What you bring:

5+ years of relevant experience, agency environment strongly preferred
2+ years supervisory experience
Being intimately familiar with native publishing tools for social platforms, as well as familiarity with other tools such as Sprinklr or Sprout, Brandwatch or NetBase, etc
You are passionate about Social Media, spending time on Twitter, Instagram and Reddit, as well as some industry Discord servers
