Job Title: VP/Director, Product Marketing

Location: 100% REMOTE with 15-25% travel

Salary: Base Salary (150k-250k), Yearly bonus, Full Benefits, 401k, tuition reimbursement and more!

Requirements: audio-visual technologies experience, social media marketing, marketing experience with AV, Video and/or IT

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develops and leads marketing plans relating to email, print, and web campaigns.
  • Works with product managers to develop product messaging and positioning.
  • Ensures design and content consistency.
  • Leads the marketing team to design, execute, and update all marketing collateral including: website, brochures/data sheets, print advertising, email communications, presentations, trade show signage, newsletters
  • Works with Engineering to ensure all user interfaces maintain company branding and expected user experience.
  • Supports the sales team with communication materials
  • Coordinates with the Web Developer and Marketing Writers
  • Leads the development of product positioning, competitive analysis, and detailed marketing plans to successfully introduce new products to the marketplace. Identifies, evaluates, and proposes new market and application opportunities for A/V products
  • Architects, composes, and implements sales/merchandising materials, sales training aids, sales tools, advertising, and promotional ideas
  • Trains sales and distribution channel representatives
  • Supports the field sales effort in both the dealer direct end-user channels of distribution
  • Performs market research in support of generating product requirements and specifications for future products
  • Develops and participates in trade shows and other promotional activities worldwide

What You Need for this Position

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with audiovisual, video, or IT
  • 5+ years of experience, specialization, and in-depth knowledge of audio-visual technologies
  • Proven expertise adapting messaging to target multiple audiences
  • Marketing technology products and strong aptitude to position them to a non-technical target audience
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media, web metric measurement tools such as Google Analytics
  • CRM tools to manage and analyze campaigns
  • Working knowledge of PPC online advertising and sponsored content platforms, Ex. Google Ads, LinkedIn
  • Leveraging and managing 3rd party resources such as agencies, writers and graphic designers
  • Good planning, organizational, and time management skills. Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier)

Extra Credit:Background and knowledge of the professional audio, video market, and/or IT channels
