Job Title Director of Technology and Analytics

Job Description Summary Responsible to design and deliver reporting and relevant management information to multiple areas within Global Occupier Services. The scope of position includes accountability for static and scheduled reporting as well as the analysis, evaluation, documentation, and creation of business requirements for new and existing reporting needs

ACCOUNTABILITIES

May be responsible for one or more of the following:

Support the Account Executive / Director in delivery of responsibilities related to client portfolio, active transactions, closed transaction, and historical data findings

Design and deliver performance statistics across all client portfolios

Report / Highlight trends to management

Deliver quality control and accuracy checks/audits

Monitor and report on performance against internal and external Service Level Agreements

Ensure accuracy of Management Information Systems, across numerous platforms – contribute to the design and implementation of operational systems and provide a fresh outlook on reports by working to improve look and feel of existing reports that are regularly produced

Provide reports and analysis to active projects in order to measure the success of new initiatives/protocols

Monitor and evaluate project performance against the baseline business models

Lead and coordinate delivery of data from across multiple business lines

Manage and track project schedules and monitor progress and delays

Maintain Cushman & Wakefield operating policies and procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Partner with respective work streams (Space, Facility, Critical Operations and Project Management) to enable decision support and key customer insights through web tracking metrics

Use quantitative data gathered from tracked metrics to convey an understanding of customer portfolio behavior and project lifecycles

Coordinate report requirements with internal customers to meet business objectives, both internally and externally

Formulate recommendations for statistics-based project intelligence for increased efficiencies

Develop and account level Internship program in partnership with HR and Ops Directors

Develop analytical competencies across the account team members and prepare them for next positions

Develop and deliver 3-year capital plan

Support the C&W West/Platform team by participating in the resolution of portfolio challenges, continuous improvement efforts, and client pursuits.

Lead the development, tracking, and reporting of Strategic Initiatives

Identify risks and create/propose mitigation plans

Share successes and failures with C&W Leadership Team members as it relates to planning, executing, communicating, and receiving client feedback

Create report dashboards by analyzing data from different sources and present them to management team and clients

Answer ad-hoc analytic questions and train users to self-serve standard reports

Provide user support for applications by answering and troubleshooting complex user and technical problems quickly and effectively

Prepare PowerPoint packages or presentations for both internal and external reporting tracking

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree; Finance, Accounting, MIS, Real Estate or related business areas

Minimum of 3+ years’ of experience in real estate, commercial preferred

Or any similar combination of education or experience

Current and advanced use of statistical packages, such as Excel including pivot tables and graphing

Ability to design, develop, and improve reporting systems

Expert user of PowerPoint, Microsoft Platforms, and Adobe PDF’s

Understanding of applicable web-based applications and software and ability to apply new technologies as they develop

Self-starter with strong time management, teamwork, and creative thinking skills

Demonstrates attention to detail and can perform basic error free analyses efficiently

Team player who works well with others in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment

Extreme accuracy, with good analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize appropriately, execute against aggressive deadlines and multi-task

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day

Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type

Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you

Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing

Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand

Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays
