Digital Marketing Executive Job in Southampton at Carnival Cruise Line –
When you think of iconic brands certain names jump to mind. Cunard has big plans for the future, with a fourth ship joining the fleet in 2022. Join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive, and you’ll play a key role within our marketing team to help transform our digital communications.
In this role you will support with the delivery of our digital marketing plans alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and Campaigns team. This includes supporting with planning, implementation and reporting across all our paid digital marketing channels to acquire new and repeat guest bookings, and to drive awareness and consideration of the Cunard Brand.
The paid digital marketing mix includes channels such as Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social, Display, Affiliates and VOD. It’s important that you understand these channels as well as their role within the wider marketing journey and offline channels to ensure we have an integrated campaign approach. To ensure this, you will work within the Marketing Campaigns team and alongside our appointed agencies to plan and activate projects, as well as work closely with internal stakeholders such as the Web team, Insights/Analytics team and CRM team.
To be successful in this role you will be able to balance creativity with a focus on performance management; ensuring we deliver to market work that’s engaging, unique and distinctively Cunard, as well as ensure that we have clear goals and measurable KPIs for the campaigns we are running and we can accurately track our performance back to our original goals and objectives.
Having worked in a similar role you’ll have a proven track record of delivering integrated digital campaigns that deliver results.
You will have the ability to produce reports using a range of statistical data and be able to analyse data and draw conclusions, making recommendations as appropriate
