We are in search for a Digital and Marketing Analyst to join our fast-paced marketing and communications team in London. Are you an analytical thinker always striving to improve customer engagement? who can communicate well and bring a great project management skill to the team.

In this key role you will support the production of engaging and innovative digital content via the company’s external and internal digital and social channels to measurably build brand awareness through an omni-channel content marketing approach. Working with a team of digital, industry and communication marketing professionals across the globe.

You will also support an integrated digital plan by the production of analytics and insights, agency management, campaign delivery and event management activity via the DXC Marketing Automation tool kit to capture lead nurturing opportunities for our sales teams.

Essential Job Functions

 

Interfaces with sales and marketing departments to plan and create activities and materials to ensure that positive marketing messages are conveyed to appropriate target markets.

Plan, build and send marcomms emails and manage, optimise and develop automated email campaigns for individual parts of the business on request and for the region.

Drive engage and awareness of key industry events that support regional corporate brand awareness and segment sales, communications, and marketing objectives.

Monitors and shares findings of web analytics, share learnings and improvement recommendations to the team.

Working with the with global marketing to ensure appropriate execution of global programs and tools in region.

Assists in management of social channel analytics to enhance audience engagement.

Coordinates the distribution of marketing material to ensure that marketing materials position company for high visibility with relevant parties

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, digital or related field preferred

1 or more years of demonstrable experience working for a large organisation in B2B digital marketing and or website management. (software, hardware and services companies)

A detailed understanding of digital channels within the wider integrated marketing mix.

Experienced user of Analytics and ability to provide compelling insights from data

Confident using content management systems

Experience working with Sales and Marketing Automation and design tools i.e. Marketo, SFDC, adobe analytics, various CMS systems Adobe Photoshop experience. (desirable)

Effective project management skills.

Analysis and problem-solving methodologies/techniques
