WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Nike Global Brand Creative Partner Studio is hiring for a Digital Content Specialist at WHQ in Beaverton, OR! This role is for a digitally-savvy, detail-oriented self-starter who can work cross-functionally with technology partners and outside vendors to support Brand Creative and Partner Go-To-Consumer teams. You’ll be focused on delivering a flawless self-serve experience to the Nike customer and own the creation of the studio’s seasonal toolkit. A successful candidate will balance multiple projects at once, have keen attention to detail, passion for the brand, and a constant curiosity that keeps them driven. As a subject matter authority for publishing tools, this candidate should be able to efficiently communicate, simplify, and relay technical and production design language to cross-functional partners. You must be a proactive and organized go-getter who’s not afraid to collaborate and work independently.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

The Nike Global Brand Creative Partner Studio team delivers inspiring storytelling content and experiences to our customers and consumers around the world. As the Digital Content Specialist, you will lead and publish Nike Brand content across a host of Nike B2B digital platforms and tools to serve our Geography partners in support of the go-to-consumer process.

Orchestrate how work is delivered (process design, optimization, and implementation), resource coordination, allocation, and overall scope (budgets, people, time), partner coordination & communication (status updates, delegating tasks, facilitating alignment, integrating process), and implementation and adoption of critical team tools, landmarks, and meetings (how we collaborate, plan, report, and share), create best practices to document, share and train Geo partners, and create reference materials and supervise the localization and translations process.

Take the portfolio of assets crafted from our studio and other creative teams and input them into Nike’s B2B online platform and studio toolkit. You’ll then work back with key partners to QA all content and consumer journeys before scheduling and publishing. Tagging and uploading assets using a set of established taxonomy.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Global and Geo Partner Go-To-Consumer teams, Brand Narrative Manager, Asset Librarian, Production Designers, Nike Sport Marketplace, Localization team, and Technology teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience including 1-2 years of web or production design, or CMS authoring/management experience, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.

Comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign and Photoshop.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects, and reliably meet deadlines.

Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new priorities.

Detail orientation and intrinsic passion for site success and high-quality delivery.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Logical reasoning, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving skills.

Proven attention to detail and process excellence.

This role sits on-site at WHQ in Beaverton, Oregon.
