A customer service representative manages the administration, clients, invoices, and sales of the day camp.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

  • Promoting client satisfaction
  • Answering parent phone calls and emails
  • Managing camp registrations
  • Sending invoices to clients
  • Relaying concerns pertaining to parent satisfaction to the Director of Sales and the Camp Directors
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales
  • Assisting with Marketing


  • Candidates must have a desire to constantly improve and seek additional responsibility as Laurus continues to grow.
  • Major career and salary growth opportunities based on performance.
  • Must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing
  • Experience with customer service and proficiency with Google Drive services (Docs, Forms, Sheets etc.) recommended.
  • Knowledge of RegFox services an asset.

This position is remote and part-time ONLY during camp “off-season”. We require in-person and full-time work from June 27th – August 26th.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
