We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient Producer and Project Manager to join our Creative team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Creative Operations and help to coordinate and accomplish a wide range of projects. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of skills and competencies, including an eye for detail, an understanding of the creative production process (photo + video), and the capacity to synchronize all project elements from concept to execution. You will produce creative, manage deadlines, traffic creative assets, orchestrate tasks, and seamlessly mitigate risks. You will play a critical role in how we execute and deliver projects.
This role requires a strong mix of creative thinking, social & digital understanding, time management, organizational skills, and most importantly an ability to keep projects on track, on budget and at the highest level of creative excellence.
The right candidate must be able to prioritize work, help organize a large volume of projects in Asana, work well under pressure, collaborate and communicate well with others.
Manage and coordinate a variety of creative projects, specifically maintaining the creative workflow with our Acquisition team
Manage timelines, budgets and workflows with in-house and outside production partners
Manage day to day project needs and maintain Asana workflow
Manage our talent usage agreement process and flow – set up our talent usage contracts and build a process that allows us to alert teams on expiration dates
Adhere to process for asset management and file sharing with internal team to be shared across cross functional partners
Ensuring the team trends to budget for all production needs
Solving on-the fly production and project workflow challenges
Helping to facilitate feedback and applicable correspondence related to approvals
Expertise in creative digital production and adept at building and maintaining processes
Understanding of deliverables and assets needed for Email and Social (both Paid and Organic)
Have a voice in the strategic planning phase of upcoming projects
Solve problems, pivot quickly and recommend creative solutions
Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry
Experience using a digital project collaboration software is required, i.e.Asana
Knowledge of the production process. What kind of shoot requires which resources, at what stage do things need to happen and how to push forward, etc.?
Comfortable using problem solving skills, scheduling, multi-tasking, listening and collaborating with people
Understands social media and social content creation workflows
Strong knowledge and experience with G suite applications
Ability to track budgets & timelines
Must be able to prioritize work, handle a large volume of projects
Obsessive attention to detail, strong prioritization skills and up-to-date understanding of the latest digital creative trends and typical challenges of an in-house creative team
Willing to have fun, experiment, try new things, and fail forward
