Creative Designer

Overview:

We are looking for a Design Program Manager, to be based in the San Francisco, CA bay area who is eager to be an active member of the design workflow, digital and physical, whilst helping with planning design release!

What You’ll Do:

· Coordinate and plan design releases

· Deeply involved in the digital design iteration/workflow of design concept

· Prototype build & manage the release of prototypes for design reviews

o Shephard verification models built by remote prototype shop

· Manage activity with design shows, marketing events, etc.

· General management and maintenance of the design studio area

· Communicate program status to team members and management

· Reports to the design manager

· This person needs to be onsite in the San Francisco, CA bay area

o (Hybrid – 3 days a week at the office)

Power Skills to Bring:

· A minimum of 4 years experience managing interactive, design, research, or creative projects

· A minimum of 2 years working with design teams

· Specialization of design process management in the transportation design segment

· A demonstrated history of managing complexity and analytical thinking required

· An advanced degree (MA, MS, MBA) is a plus, but not required

· An individual with direct experience in new product development from concept through launch
