CAREER OPPORTUNITY

The Communications Director is a key leadership position, with responsibility for leading internal and external communications strategy and marketing communications execution for the business. The role will work directly with the company’s president, Marketing and HR leaders to play an integral part in the strategy, development, and deployment of all employee engagement, company branding, and product/capability marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator and player-coach, with advanced communications experience and strong thinking skills .

Marketing Communications: You will partner with Strategic Marketing on the strategy, development, and deployment of powerful product and capability marketing positions and selling tools.

Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

A successful candidate will be dynamic, flexible, creative, and collaborative. This position requires high levels of communication expertise, strategic agility, business acumen, and executive engagement.

Bachelor’s degree and 8-10+ years of marketing, communications, public relations and/or project management experience required

In depth understanding of PR and media vehicles, agency relationships, and communication mediums

Propensities to act with a sense of urgency, take ownership of work, and accept accountability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent strategic thinking skills

A willingness to engage with multiple team members to understand how the company impacts a customer’s business

Strong organizational, project, and budget management skills

High capability to develop and create new initiatives for the brand, products, and employees

Ability to influence and partner with people from various functional areas with diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and approaches

Multi-cultural and global experience a strong plus

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 10% of the time
