Coffee Sales Representative

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated B2B and B2C Sales Rep to help them enhance their existing sales channels. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing recent sales prospects and maintaining healthy client relationships.

Your goal will be to develop creative and alternative strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

· Grade 12

· Strong Excel skills.

· Hands-on experience in a similar role.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Coffee Sales Rep.

· Thorough understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.

· Self-motivated fast learner with the results driven approach.

· Good time manager able to work under pressure.

· Approachable and passionate personality, coffee lover.

Personal Skills and Competencies Required:

· Commercial and business awareness.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Closing.

The Key Functional responsibilities:

· Prospect, cold calling and make formal presentations of company pricing, products and promotions to major coffee and food service customers to gain or expand new business.

· Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company’s sales targets and achieve KPIs as outlined in performance expectations.

· Target strategic accounts for new business opportunities.

· Responsible for achieving a high-level sales targets.

· Coordinate customer setup and activation.

· Prepare and comply with mandatory reporting systems.

· Participate in trade shows and special events to promote the company’s products and services.

· Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition and the market in general.

· Responsible for managing own KEY customers and relationships.

· Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and make recommendations to management.

· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, etc.
