The Information Technology Department at the headquarter in Austria manages the global IT agenda of Red Bull. To promote further constant growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst for Business Applications.

Your creative thinking and interest in IT trends in the consumer goods industry will help you to master your role in the Red Bull Business Applications team. In this position, you’ll evaluate the processes of our Sales and Finance departments and support them with a translation into functional application requirements. You work closely with different Business Departments at Red Bull and in close collaboration with IT Project Managers.

Job Description

BUSINESS PARTNER

You’ll analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements of business applications. You’ll support and advise our Sales and Finance department in application-related matters and uncover areas of improvement together with them.

REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING

You’ll organize and moderate requirements engineering workshops with Finance and Sales Business Teams and drive application design with UI/UX Experts. You’ll act as the interface between key users, project managers, and implementation teams.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

You’ll transition application design and functional requirements to our Project Management Teams. You’ll also get the opportunity to make your first project management experience by taking over the lead during the execution of the project.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional experience

Analytical and conceptual thinking skills

The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

Tool affinity and experience with different documentation and application design tools such as Confluence, Jira, Figjam, Figma, etc…

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Functional or technical skills in SAP Software of advantage

Team player
