The Company

Our client was established to exclusively manage a UK residential property portfolio on behalf of private investment funds. The business focus on delivering an exceptional experience to residents living in quality, yet affordable homes. Due to expansion and aggressive growth plans we are looking to recruit the brand new role of Brand Partnerships Manager to ideally be based in or around the vibrant city of Manchester!

Role Overview

The role of the Brand Partnerships Manager is a critical role to the continued growth of a dynamic and fast-moving department. Utilising a mix of traditional and digital marketing strategies such as inbound content creation, PPC, sourcing local opportunities and social media, the successful applicant will work to position our offering in key strategic sectors whilst building relationships with prospective B2B customers. The successful applicant will be highly ambitious, comfortable with thinking both strategically and reactively, and have a creative, entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing of opportunities for expanding the corporate client base through inbound and outbound marketing methods

Building and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders

Identifying opportunities to amplify the brand through external partnerships and events

Devising inbound strategies to effectively position our range of asset types as solutions for a B2B market

Creating content in various media all in line with set inbound strategies

Maintaining and improving upon the company’s website, with a particular focus on conversion rates

Management of PPC channels (Facebook & Google Ads)

Design of internal and external assets such as booklets, signage and social media graphics

Experience and Qualifications

Experience in fostering relationships and establishing partnerships with corporate customers, NGOs, local Council officials or similar

Experience in responsibility for brand output

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of marketing concepts, benchmarks and strategies

Adobe creative suite and CMS (HubSpot or Webflow preferable, but not essential)

HubSpot preferable but not essential

PPC platforms and best practices

Social Media management

Creative and entrepreneurial spirit an absolute must
