A key component of the program is helping Ashoka Fellows to think about scaling differently: how to reach systemic change and impact without growing their organizations, how to activate more change makers to enable their models to tip the system and become the new norm in society.
About the Role
Ashoka Globalizer is looking for a resourceful, bright, creative and highly organized individual with a passion for social entrepreneurship and innovation to join our team. The Program Operations and Data Coordinator will be responsible for: establish and maintain data collection systems, develop and maintain communications systems for team (e.g. weekly meetings), develop and maintain Thought Partner engagement system. The successful candidate will have strong synthetic, organisational, time management and multitasking skills, and will be detail-oriented, self-motivated and a strong team player.

The Ashoka Globalizer operates with a lean group of team members spread across the globe (Spain, Germany, Peru, Malta, Turkey, India and Greece!) and the main interaction in the team is through virtual connections.
Ideally, we are looking for a 100% FTE Operations and Data Coordinator
Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with Globalizer Team in key operations areas:
Establish and maintain data collection systems (~40%):
Support the operations leadership team tracking safety and compliance initiatives
Integrating data between systems
Set up configuration in SF platform to collect and map data points accurately
Manage SF platform archive to ensure data integrity and setup consistency
Develop and maintain communications systems for team (~30%):
Schedule, organize and execute activities such as weekly team meetings.
Database Management (~30%):
Responsible for the creation and implementation of a system to manage Globalizer´s contacts and communications
Maintaining database records clear and up to date
Other general tasks related to database management based on time capacity
Required Skills and Experience
Native or fluent English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong team player
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
High-level synthetic thinking skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Able to work productively, proactively and independently, on own initiative
Mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, TFA forms (highly valued)
Experience in social sector (desirable)
