ARG – Client Success Supervisor

Our team is growing and we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Client Success Supervisor to join us.

As a Client Success Supervisor, you will work under the direction of the Director of Operations and Founders to facilitate creative performance, provide leadership and management to creative team staff, contribute to the administration of service delivery, and ensure exceptional customer service experiences.

Client Success Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate Creative Performance: Plan and execute brand kickoff meetings with new clients, evaluate project quality, optimize project brief process, and evaluate client satisfaction.

Leadership and Management: Oversee policies and procedures, provide ongoing support to creative team staff, assist in employee training, contribute to recruitment and onboarding, coordinate client needs and employee creative abilities, and ensure appropriate staff and client pairings.

Administration: Contribute to service delivery, edit policy making and workflow design, maintain access to company software and files, provide reports and data analysis, and prepare for team meetings and training sessions.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, communicate with clients regarding payments, scheduling, project expectations, etc., oversee execution of creative service delivery, and ensure clear and timely communication across various channels.

Required skills:
Project management and coordination skills

Ability to evaluate project quality and performance

Knowledge of branding and visual design principles

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

Familiarity with creative project workflow optimization

Understanding of policies and procedures implementation

Experience in team management and leadership

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
